Wales

Prints featuring Wales, by Jordan Mansfield. The country of Wales contains some of Britain’s most picturesque countryside and mountain ranges. Bordered by the heart of England to its east, Wales’s landscape is largely characterised by remote upland areas and high mountains, set above picturesque valleys and remote winding rivers. Its three national parks, Snowdonia, the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast, cover much of the country’s most popular scenery, while its more isolated upland areas offer some of Britain’s wildest and undiscovered landscapes. Some of the UK’s most impressive historic landmarks are also found within Wales, including some of its finest castles and best preserved prehistoric monuments.
